The invention discloses a lossless dam-passing desilting method applied to a flat steel gate. The lossless dam-passing desilting method comprises the following steps that firstly, a reservoir bulkhead gate is closed; a gate butt joint device is fixedly arranged in the center of the flat steel gate; the outlet end of the gate butt joint device on the downstream side of the flat steel gate is connected with a lockage control device; the outlet end of the lockage control device is connected with a downstream desilting device; closing the lockage control device, and connecting an upstream desilting device to the inlet end of the gate butt joint device on the downstream side of the flat steel gate; and the lockage control device and the downstream desilting device are opened, and pipeline desilting operation is started. According to the invention, the original gate building and the drainage hole of the dam are fully utilized, a drainage channel does not need to be additionally arranged, the dam body is not influenced, the pipeline energy loss caused by dam turning (or dam winding) is not needed, the pipeline desilting and desilting operation efficiency is effectively improved, and the desilting cost is greatly reduced due to the repeated use of the device.
