Lossless dam-passing sand discharging device applied to flat steel gate
A lossless dam-passing desilting device applied to a flat steel gate comprises an upstream desilting device, a gate butt joint device, a gate passing control device and a downstream desilting device, an outlet of the upstream desilting device is connected with an upstream inlet of the gate butt joint device, and a downstream outlet of the gate butt joint device is connected with an inlet of the downstream desilting device. The gate butt joint device is arranged in the center of the flat steel gate, an inlet of the gate butt joint device is located on the upstream of the flat steel gate, an outlet of the gate butt joint device is located on the downstream of the flat steel gate, and the lockage control device is arranged on the gate butt joint device on the downstream of the flat steel gate. According to the invention, the original gate building and the drainage hole of the dam are fully utilized, a drainage channel does not need to be additionally arranged, the dam body is not influenced, the pipeline energy loss caused by dam turning (or dam winding) is not needed, the pipeline desilting and desilting operation efficiency is effectively improved, and the desilting cost is greatly reduced due to the repeated use of the device.
