Underground continuous pile construction process
The underground continuous pile construction technology comprises the following steps that S1, a guide wall is constructed; s2, performing groove section division on the guide wall according to the designed framing graph, and determining the construction position of each groove section; the construction groove section comprises a first open width, a connecting width and a closed width; s3, grooving construction is conducted, specifically, a direct grabbing technology is adopted for grooving, a hydraulic grooving machine is adopted for directly grabbing a soil layer till the designed depth is reached, and slurry is adopted for protecting the wall; s4, circular reinforcement cages are sequentially put down in the grooves according to the set intervals, and concrete is poured to build a unit pile body; the method is carried out section by section, a continuous enclosure structure is formed, the method is suitable for shallow foundation pits, the manufacturing cost is low, and concrete loss is avoided while the construction requirement is met.
本发明提出地下连续桩施工工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、导墙施工;S2、根据设计的分幅图对导墙进行槽段划分,确定每幅槽段的施工位置;施工槽段包含有首开幅、连接幅、闭合幅;S3、成槽施工,成槽采用直抓工艺,采用液压成槽机直接抓取土层,直至抓至设计深度,采用泥浆护壁;S4、在成槽内按照设定的间距依次下放圆形钢筋笼,浇筑混凝土筑成一个单元桩体;如此逐段进行,形成一道连续的围护结构,适用于浅基坑,造价低,满足施工要求的同时,无混凝土损耗。
