An underground pile network construction device comprises a frame, an angle adjusting and fixing mechanism is installed below the frame in a matched mode, a deviation rectifying and limiting mechanism and an auxiliary recycling mechanism are arranged on the frame in a matched mode, the deviation rectifying and limiting mechanism comprises four first telescopic rods, and the four first telescopic rods are fixedly installed at the bottoms of the inner walls of the periphery of the frame respectively. A cavity is formed in the end portion of the moving end of each first telescopic rod, a nut is fixedly installed at the opening of each cavity, a motor is fixedly installed on the inner wall of one side of each cavity, and a spring telescopic rod is fixedly installed at the end portion of an output shaft of each motor. The protection cylinder is prevented from shaking, the effect of maintaining stable recovery of the protection cylinder is achieved, adjustment can be conducted according to the diameter of the protection cylinder through extension of the first telescopic rod, and the use requirements of protection cylinders with different diameters are met.
