Faucet handle assembly and mounting method thereof
A faucet handle assembly comprises a handle piece, a wear-resistant bush and a handle seat, and the handle piece is provided with a rod part and a connecting part; the bushing is used for sleeving at least one part of the connecting part of the handle piece, the bushing comprises a cylindrical bushing main body, at least two elastic clamping blocks which are oppositely arranged are fixedly connected to the circumference above the bottom of the bushing main body, and radial flanges are arranged at the free ends of the elastic clamping blocks; the bushing main body is provided with a radial deformation structure; the handle seat is provided with a containing cavity, an annular step face and a through hole from top to bottom, the handle seat is used for containing a combined piece of the assembled handle piece connecting part and the lining, the combined piece is longitudinally inserted into the handle seat from top to bottom, and the elastic clamping block recovers to the natural state after penetrating out of the through hole of the handle seat. At the moment, the top surface of the radial flange of each elastic clamping block abuts against the annular step surface, so that the assembly is positioned on the handle seat, and the connecting part can rotate relative to the handle seat and the bushing. The handle assembly has the advantages that mounting parts are saved, and the handle assembly is particularly convenient to disassemble/assemble and good in durability.
