Viscosity-reducing slow-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer and application thereof
The invention belongs to the field of concrete admixtures, and particularly relates to a viscosity-reducing slow-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer and application thereof. The viscosity-reducing slow-release type polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 40 parts of water-reducing slow-release type PCE mother liquor, 5 to 30 parts of viscosity-reducing type PCE mother liquor, 30 to 50 parts of retarder, 0.02 to 0.05 part of defoaming agent, 0.02 to 0.05 part of air entraining agent, 0.1 to 0.3 part of water-retaining agent and a proper amount of water. According to the invention, phosphate radical-terminated low-molecular-weight polyether macromonomers are adopted to prepare the water reducer, hydrophobic functional monomers with alkyl groups and polyester groups are introduced for copolymerization, and effectively adsorbed groups can be continuously released under alkaline conditions, so that the slow-release capability is improved, and meanwhile, the stability and fluidity of cement paste can be improved; and the viscosity reducing agent has good viscosity reducing and mud resisting effects.
本发明属于混凝土外加剂领域,具体涉及一种降粘缓释型聚羧酸减水剂及其应用。降粘缓释型聚羧酸减水剂由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:减水缓释型PCE母液10~40份、降粘型PCE母液5~30份、缓凝剂30~50份、消泡剂0.02~0.05份、引气剂0.02~0.05份、保水剂0.1~0.3份和适量水。本发明采用磷酸根封端的低分子量聚醚大单体制备减水剂,并引入具有烷基、多酯基的疏水功能单体进行共聚,可以在碱性条件下持续释放有效吸附的基团,从而提高缓释能力,同时能提高水泥浆体稳定性与流动性,并且具有较好的降粘和抗泥效果。
