The invention aims to solve the problems of poor stability, low bearing capacity and lack of suitable roadbed filling materials in the existing roadbed constructed by adopting a gravel direct filling mode in the West African region. The method comprises the following steps: 1, weighing; 2, preparing a black soil gravel material/plastic-free sand mixture; 3, infiltrating; 4, preparing a preformed mixture; 5, forming the test piece; 6, pressurizing; and 7, maintaining.
