The invention belongs to the technical field of roadbed materials and preparation thereof, and particularly relates to a red brick aggregate cement stabilized soil material, a preparation method thereof and application of the red brick aggregate cement stabilized soil material in a pavement base. The red brick aggregate cement stabilized soil material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 99.7%-99.9% of red brick aggregate cement stabilized soil and 0.1%-0.3% of polyvinyl alcohol fiber. The red brick aggregate cement stabilized soil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of cement; 70 to 90 parts of soil particles; 70-90 parts of regenerated red brick aggregate; and 20-30 parts of water. The red brick aggregate cement stabilized soil material provided by the invention is applied to a pavement substrate, the compressive strength and the tensile strength are high, and the raw materials are renewable; the invention also provides a preparation method thereof.
