The invention provides a gradient color ceramic part. The gradient color ceramic part comprises a ceramic substrate, and a base layer, a middle layer and a gradient layer which are sequentially formed on the surface of the ceramic substrate, wherein the gradient layers are made of one or more of silicon, silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide, and the gradient layers at at least two positions are different in thickness, so that the gradient layers at the at least two positions present gradient colors. The invention further provides a processing method of the gradient ceramic part and terminal equipment.
