The invention discloses automatic, high-precision and quantitative controllable paving and leveling equipment which comprises a beam placing groove and a lifting driving system connected to the beam placing groove, the lifting driving system is used for driving the beam placing groove to ascend and descend, and the beam placing groove is connected with a balance beam and an infrared laser signal device. The infrared laser signal device is flush with the top face of the balance beam, and the beam containing groove is connected with a frame body. A plurality of leveling devices can be sequentially arranged and supported on a to-be-measured road surface, after the beam placing groove is located at a proper height position, the infrared laser signal device emits laser infrared rays to the adjacent leveling devices, when the laser infrared rays are received by the adjacent infrared laser signal devices, the road surface is flat, otherwise, the road surface is not flat, that is, light beams shift up and down, and the to-be-measured road surface is obtained. The heights are not the same. And meanwhile, the accuracy of the paving thickness is guaranteed to a great extent, control can be carried out before construction and during construction, operation is flexible and convenient, and practicability is high.
