The invention relates to a rock stratum steel casing inserting and driving method. A percussion drill, a temporary steel casing, a steel casing for formal construction, plain fill or sandy soil, a rock stratum, a common soil layer and the like are included. Before the formal construction steel casing is inserted, a percussion drill is used for punching, and after the hole penetrates through a rock stratum and enters a stable soil layer, a temporary steel casing is inserted to the punching depth; and after completion, inserting and hitting the formal construction steel casing to a stable soil layer. And after all the steps are completed, plain filling soil or sandy soil is used for filling and compacting the space between the two steel casings, and drilling pile construction can be started after re-testing is qualified. According to the rock stratum steel casing inserting and hitting method, starting from the construction environment of the surface rock stratum, the problems that under the condition of the rock stratum, direct inserting and hitting are likely to cause edge curling of a bottom opening of a steel casing, sudden change of the inner diameter and the like are solved through the method of firstly punching and then inserting and hitting the steel casing; or other auxiliary measures are adopted to increase time and economic cost, the construction efficiency and quality are improved, the process is simple, the cost is low, and the quality risk is small.
