The invention discloses a deep and thick sludge large-diameter super-long pile foundation steel casing inserting and driving construction method which comprises the following steps: firstly, completing manufacturing and acceptance inspection of a steel casing in a factory, transporting the steel casing to a bridge site mounting area by adopting a large-tonnage barge, performing two-point hoisting carrying and auxiliary lowering by utilizing a 600T floating crane, and naturally sinking the steel casing by about 30cm under the action of gravity; the construction method comprises the following steps: firstly, installing a steel casing, then installing a vibratory pile hammer to a top opening of the steel casing, enabling the steel casing to naturally sink by about 3m by utilizing the weight of the vibratory pile hammer, and finally, inserting and driving the steel casing to a designed elevation by utilizing a hydraulic vibratory pile hammer, thereby solving the construction problems that the steel casing in the deep and thick sludge stratum is easy to deviate, inaccurate in positioning and the like during construction; the problems of positioning and perpendicularity of deep sludge steel casing inserting and hitting are solved, investment of personnel, mechanical equipment and materials is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明公开一种深厚淤泥大直径超长桩基钢护筒插打施工方法,首先钢护筒在工厂内制造、验收完成,采用大吨位驳船运输至桥址安装区域,利用600T浮吊进行“两点”起吊搬运、辅助下放,钢护筒在重力作用下自然下沉约30cm,再安装振动打桩锤至钢护筒顶口,利用振动打桩锤重量使钢护筒自然下沉约3m,最后利用液压振动打桩锤插打至设计标高,本发明施工方法的成功运用,解决了深厚淤泥地层钢护筒施工时易偏移、定位不准等施工难题,不仅解决了深厚淤泥钢护筒插打定位及垂直度的难题,还减少了人员、机械设备、材料投入,缩短施工工期和提高生产效率。
