The invention provides a jet grouting pile water seepage treatment method which comprises the following steps: measuring and positioning: measuring and positioning a water seepage point and a water gushing degree thereof, and determining a driving position and a construction requirement of a required precipitation well; pipe holes are drilled, specifically, dewatering well pipe holes obliquely penetrating to the outer side of the jet grouting pile are drilled in the inner side of the jet grouting pile, and the dewatering well pipe holes with the required number are drilled in sequence; the precipitation well is installed, specifically, the precipitation well is inserted into the formed precipitation well pipe hole; and water seepage treatment: after entering the precipitation well pipe, water seepage is pumped and discharged to a vertical shaft sedimentation tank through a water pump. According to the method, the small-caliber tube well is specifically arranged at the water seepage part for dewatering, the problem of water seepage of the pile body caused by defects of the ultrahigh-pressure jet grouting pile or untight occlusion is effectively solved, and waterless operation of the station foundation pit is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种旋喷桩渗水的处理方法，包括以下步骤：测量定位：测量定位渗水点及其涌水程度，确定所需降水井的打设位置及施工要求；打设管孔：在旋喷桩内侧打设倾斜贯穿到旋喷桩外侧的降水井管孔，依次打设所需数量的降水井管孔；降水井安装：将降水井安插到打设的降水井管孔内；渗水处理：待渗水进入降水井管内，通过水泵将其抽排至竖井沉淀池。本发明有针对性的对渗水部位打设小口径管井降水，有效解决超高压旋喷桩缺陷或咬合不严造成的桩体渗水的问题，保证车站基坑的无水作业。
