According to the arrangement, by prefabricating the short-section pipe gallery and transporting the short-section pipe gallery, the requirement for transportation conditions is lowered, and the influence on existing traffic is avoided; and the assembled long-section pipe gallery is hoisted to a target installation position, meanwhile, other short-section pipe galleries can be assembled to form a new long-section pipe gallery, and the construction efficiency can be guaranteed.
