The pipe gallery comprises a plurality of connecting bodies and a plurality of socket mechanisms, wherein the plurality of connecting bodies are sequentially connected in series and oppositely arranged; any two adjacent connecting bodies are connected through one socket mechanism; and each socket mechanism comprises a first protruding part, a second protruding part and a sealing mechanism, wherein the first protruding part is arranged on the end face of the inner side of one connecting body, the second protruding part is arranged on the end face of the outer side of the other connecting body, the first protruding part and the second protruding part are arranged in a staggered manner and are in butt joint, a socket channel is formed by gaps between the first protruding part and the second protruding part and the two connecting bodies, the two ends of the socket channel are open ends and correspond to the inner sides and the outer sides of the two connecting bodies correspondingly, and the sealing mechanism is arranged in the socket channel. According to the pipe gallery and the pipe gallery construction method, the waterproof performance between the two connecting bodies is improved, cast-in-place concrete is not needed, resource waste is avoided, the butt joint position of the two connecting bodies is in flexible connection, and the tolerance to the installation error and uneven settlement is improved.
