The invention provides a passive solar graphite polystyrene exterior wall external thermal insulation system, comprising: a multi-floor frame, which comprises a heat absorption wall body and partition plates of each floor, and the heat absorption wall body comprises an external wall panel, a graphite polystyrene thermal insulation board, a heat absorption board, a first transparent board and a second transparent board from inside to outside; one end of the heat transfer pipe is L-shaped and extends to the position between the outer wall plate and the heat absorption plate; the second transparent plate consists of a plurality of groups of folding type telescopic glass plates; one side end of the fixed glass plate is hinged to one side of the frame body, and the other opposite side end of the fixed glass plate is hinged to one side end of the movable glass plate through a hinge piece. A cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the other opposite side of the frame body, and a hydraulic rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the movable glass plate; an angle sensor; and a controller. The invention provides a passive solar graphite polystyrene outer wall external thermal insulation system. The problems that in the prior art, a passive solar building is low in indoor heat utilization rate and not high in comfort degree are solved.
