The first locking assembly comprises a first connecting block and a first C-shaped clamping strip which are arranged at one end of each square clamping groove, the second locking assembly comprises a first clamping strip, a second clamping strip and a clamping plate, a first arc-shaped clamping groove is formed in the first clamping strip, a plurality of square through holes are formed in the first arc-shaped clamping groove, and second connecting blocks are arranged on the inner walls of the square through holes; and a second C-shaped clamping strip is movably arranged on the second connecting block.
