The invention discloses a vehicle carrying plate steering and displacement driving system which comprises a vehicle carrying plate, a front driving mechanism composed of a displacement driving unit and a rotation driving unit, and a rear driving and follow-up mechanism composed of a driving unit, a follow-up unit and a conversion unit. The limiting and positioning mechanism consists of an outer side limiting unit, an inner side limiting unit and a middle positioning unit; the vehicle carrying plate can perform linear displacement or steering displacement on the ground; during linear displacement, front/rear ends are driven, and during steering displacement, the front end is driven, and the rear end is driven; the parking space and the vehicle carrying plate are matched with each other, rigid constraint of outer side limiting and inner side limiting for displacement of the vehicle carrying plate and accurate centering positioning of the vehicle carrying plate returning to the parking space area from the lane area are achieved, and reciprocating displacement of the vehicle carrying plate between the parking space and the lane position can be achieved with the narrow lane width. The application range of various types of parking equipment such as forward movement and rotation of the lower bedplate and derivation is expanded, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.
