The construction operation of a first supporting structure is carried out by combining a cast-in-situ bored pile with a steel pipe inner support supporting system at an open excavation section; excavation operation is conducted in the open excavation section in a running water construction mode; underground excavation operation is conducted on the underground excavation section through a step ascending and descending method; excavation operation is conducted on the vertical shaft and an over-crossing electric power square ditch section; earthwork backfilling operation is conducted on the ground of the open excavation section, the underground excavation section, the vertical shaft and the over-crossing electric power square ditch section; according to the construction method, the subway tunnel is divided into the three construction sections, and the open excavation mode and the underground excavation mode are adopted for construction according to the specific construction state of each construction section, so that the advantages of the open excavation method and the underground excavation method are considered, and efficient and safe construction is achieved.
