The invention discloses a production method for replacing cement in autoclaved aerated concrete with silicon-manganese alloy smelting slag micro-powder. The production method comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing the silicon-manganese alloy smelting slag micro-powder, a sulfate exciting agent, an alkaline exciting agent and a slow-release agent to obtain a mixture; 2, grinding the mixture in a ball mill, and carrying out mechanical pre-excitation to obtain a pre-excited mixture; and 3, heating the pre-excited mixture, rapidly cooling the pre-excited mixture, and carrying out thermal excitation to obtain the silicon-manganese alloy smelting slag micro powder for replacing cement in the autoclaved aerated concrete. The comprehensive excitation mode of chemical excitation, physical excitation and high-temperature excitation stimulates the activity of the silicon-manganese alloy smelting slag, so that the cement replacement rate of the silicon-manganese alloy smelting slag is effectively increased, the cement consumption is reduced, and the waste utilization rate is increased.
