Method for producing high-strength lightweight autoclaved aerated concrete from manganese smelting slag micropowder
The invention discloses a method for producing autoclaved aerated concrete with high strength and light weight from manganese smelting slag micro powder. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing activated manganese smelting slag micro powder, cement, sand, gravel and a water reducing agent to obtain a mixture; 2, mixing the mixture with water to obtain concrete; thirdly, concrete is injected into the formwork, demolding and cutting are conducted after preset strength is achieved, then pre-curing is conducted, and a concrete slab is obtained; 4, the concrete slab is subjected to steam curing, and the autoclaved aerated concrete slab is obtained. The activated manganese smelting slag micro powder is used as a main gel material to manufacture the concrete, so that the utilization rate of solid wastes is increased, and the concrete manufacturing cost is saved.
