The invention discloses a cement reinforcing agent containing submicron-scale plant silicon powder as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the cement reinforcing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of plant silicon powder, 30 to 40 parts of superfine glass fiber, 20 to 40 parts of calcium aluminate powder and 10 to 15 parts of yellow dextrin. The silicon mineral powder of the plant silicon body is submicron SiO2, so that not only is the particle size distribution of sand in concrete filled, but also the vacancy of a reinforcing agent of the particle level is filled. Due to the filling of the particle size, the connection between the cement and the sand is more compact, so that the mechanical properties, flexural strength and compressive strength of the cement are obviously improved. The cement reinforcing agent only needs to be added in an amount which is 5 to 10 percent of the weight of a cement product, and the fracture resistance and the compressive strength are improved by about 12 to 20 percent after the cement product is cured for 28 days. Compared with other reinforcing agents, the required adding amount is relatively simple in preparation and use process, and a new resource is provided for the cement reinforcing agent in the future.
本发明公开了一种含亚微米级植硅体硅粉的水泥增强剂、制备方法及其应用,水泥增强剂按重量份数计,包含以下原料:植硅体硅粉30‑40份、超细玻璃纤维30‑40份、铝酸钙粉20‑40份和黄糊精10‑15份。本发明的所得的植硅体硅矿粉为亚微米级SiO2,不仅填补了混凝土中砂的颗粒粒度分布,还填补了该颗粒级别的增强剂的空缺。因其粒度的填补使水泥与砂之间的连接更加致密,从而使其在力学性能抗折强度和抗压强度有较为明显的提升。该水泥增强剂只需要添加相对于水泥制品重量的5‑10%,养护28天,抗折与抗压强度约提升12‑20%。所需要添加的量相对于其他的增强剂来说制备和使用过程相对简单,并且为今后的水泥增强剂提供了一种新的资源。
