The tenon-and-mortise type self-resetting pier comprises a half-cast-in-place pier, an upper segment pier, a half-moon-shaped energy dissipater body and prestressed tendons, a fixing groove is formed in the upper portion of the half-cast-in-place pier, a rubber cushion layer is laid on the fixing groove, a tenon is arranged on the lower portion of the upper segment pier, and the half-moon-shaped energy dissipater body is arranged on the lower portion of the half-moon-shaped energy dissipater body. The tenon is in a downward protruding shape, a second notch is formed in the periphery of the tenon, and the second notch is in an inward concave shape. According to the tenon-and-mortise type self-resetting pier with the half-moon-shaped energy dissipater, the half-moon-shaped energy dissipater body is arranged, energy dissipation pieces are made of low-yield-point steel, and energy dissipation parts do not need to be arranged through expensive materials or advanced technologies; the energy dissipation piece is designed to be detachably installed, after the energy dissipation piece is damaged in an epicenter, the performance of the pier can be restored by timely replacing the energy dissipation piece, cost and carbon emission can be reduced, and the half-moon-shaped steel plates located on the energy dissipation piece can be additionally arranged and reduced according to different working conditions and engineering requirements.
