The device has the characteristics that the wood structure is not damaged, the energy dissipation capacity of the joint is enhanced, and installation and adjustment are convenient, and the purposes of real-time monitoring of the tenon pulling condition of the tenon-and-mortise joint and active self-resetting can be achieved.
