The invention discloses a cast-in-place construction method for a side span connecting pier, which comprises the following steps of: firstly constructing the side span connecting pier, and manufacturing a beam seam supporting template according to the shape of the end part of a box beam and the construction requirement; a bottom formwork of the cast-in-place area is manufactured at the top of the joint pier through a wood formwork; the manufactured beam seam supporting formwork is installed on the bottom formwork through a temporary support, and the beam seam supporting formwork is installed; a side formwork of the cast-in-place area is manufactured through a wood formwork; a temporary zero block is constructed in a cast-in-place mode, and after zero block concrete is preliminarily solidified, a temporary prestressed cable is arranged for prestressed tensioning; constructing temporary cantilever sections of the side piers by adopting suspended pouring, and tensioning other matched temporary prestressed steel cables and prestressed twisted steel to a side span to be closed with the suspended pouring sections of the middle piers to form an integral bridge floor; and after maintenance is finished, the bottom formwork is dismantled, and cast-in-place construction at the side span connection pier is completed. The construction process is simple, the formwork is fast to mount and dismount, the construction time is short, and the operation risk is small.
本发明公开了一种边跨交接墩处的现浇施工方法,先施工边跨交接墩,同时根据根据箱梁端部形状和施工要求制作梁缝支撑模板;在交接墩顶部采用木模板制作现浇区域的底模板;将制作好的梁缝支撑模板通过临时支架安装在底模板上,安装好梁缝支撑模板;采用木模板制作现浇区域的侧模板;现浇施工临时零号块,零号块混凝土初步固化后,设置临时预应力索进行预应力张拉;采用悬浇施工边墩临时悬臂段并张拉其它匹配的临时预应力钢索和预应力螺纹钢筋至边跨与中墩悬浇段合龙,形成整体桥面;养护结束后,拆除底模板,完成边跨交接墩处的现浇施工。本发明施工工艺简单,模板安装拆除快速,施工时间短、作业风险小点。
