Grouting reinforcement method and construction method for water diversion culvert to penetrate through gravel rock stratum in high-cold region
The invention relates to a grouting reinforcement method and a construction method for a water diversion culvert in an alpine region to penetrate through a gravel rock stratum. The grouting reinforcement method comprises the following steps that grouting holes are formed; drilling a grouting pipe hole; grouting pipelines are buried by penetrating through the gravel stratum; and grouting areas are divided, and grouting is conducted in different areas. A grouting material used for grouting comprises coarse aggregate and an anti-freezing agent; the coarse aggregate comprises 89% of stone, 10% of sandy soil and 1% of soil. According to the embodiment of the invention, the grouting pipeline is buried by penetrating through the gravel stratum, and the special grouting material is used for partitioned grouting, so that the slurry permeates and diffuses in the gravel stratum medium, the slurry effectively fills the pores of the particle skeleton, the soil gaps of the gravel stratum can be filled, and finally, the slurry and the gravel stratum form a relatively homogeneous grouting reinforcement body; the integral mechanical property and anti-permeability performance of the gravel stratum are effectively improved, the surrounding rock strength of the culvert is enhanced, water and sand bursting disasters of the water diversion culvert can be prevented, and smooth construction of the water diversion culvert in the later period is facilitated.
本发明涉及高寒区引水涵洞穿越砂砾岩层的注浆加固方法及施工方法,包括以下步骤:布设注浆孔;钻注浆管孔;穿越砂砾岩层埋设注浆管道;划分注浆区,分区注浆。所述注浆所使用的注浆材料包括粗骨料和防冻剂;粗骨料为89%的石块、10%的沙土、1%土。本实施例穿越砂砾岩层进行埋设注浆管道,使用特殊的注浆材料进行分区注浆,使浆液在砂砾岩层介质中渗透扩散,浆液在颗粒骨架孔隙中进行有效充填,能够填补砂砾岩层土壤空隙,最终浆液与砂砾岩层形成较为均质的注浆加固体,有效提高了砂砾岩层的整体力学性能及抗渗性能,加固了涵洞的围岩强度,可防止引水涵洞涌水溃砂灾害,利于后期引水涵洞施工顺利进行。
