Box culvert type cable trench and construction method
The invention provides a box culvert type cable trench and a construction method. The box culvert type cable trench comprises a cable trench body, foam concrete side walls, embedded steel bars, a communicating pipe, a floor drain valve, bottom layer foam concrete, a rainwater pipeline, a base, a plain concrete cushion layer, a cover plate, a water swelling strip, a vertical rainwater drainage pipe, an oval longitudinal rainwater drainage pipe, a lifting hook and a gravel open trench. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) excavating a common groove; (2) rainwater pipeline installation; (3) foam concrete pouring; (4) cable trench construction; (5) manufacturing and installing a cover plate; and (6) paving the gravel open trench to complete the installation construction of the box culvert type cable trench structure. According to the box culvert type cable trench structure, integral pouring of foam concrete backfilling is adopted, rigidity is high, differential settlement can be eliminated, the open-type box culvert structure facilitates maintenance of cables and the cable trench, meanwhile, the rain drainage pipe is arranged in the cable trench and communicated with the rainwater pipeline, rainwater on the earth surface is effectively drained, rainwater is prevented from entering the cable trench, and the cable trench is protected from being damaged. And cables and equipment in the cable trench are protected.
本发明提供一种箱涵式电缆沟及施工方法，包括电缆沟、泡沫砼侧壁、植筋、联通管、地漏阀、底层泡沫砼、雨水管道、底座、素砼垫层、盖板、遇水膨胀止水条、竖向排雨管、椭圆式纵向排雨管、吊钩和砂石明沟。施工步骤：①共有沟槽开挖；②雨水管道安装；③泡沫砼浇筑；④电缆沟施工；⑤盖板制作安装；⑥铺盖砂石明沟，完成箱涵式电缆沟结构的安装施工。本发明的箱涵式电缆沟结构，采用泡沫砼回填的整体式浇筑，刚度高，可以消除不均匀沉降，开启式箱涵结构便于电缆和电缆沟的维修养护，同时电缆沟内部设置排雨管，并与雨水管道联通，有效排除地表雨水，避免雨水进入电缆沟，保护了电缆沟内的电缆和设备。
