Elastic pin connecting end reinforcing length-adjustable buckling-restrained brace system and mounting method
The invention relates to a supporting system and a mounting method, in particular to an elastic pin connecting end reinforcing length-adjustable buckling-restrained supporting system and a mounting method. In the prior art, a built-in support is not convenient to maintain and replace; the rigid connection of the support ends causes unfavorable support stress; the gap between the pin shaft and the hole wall is difficult to accurately control; axial dimension errors caused by manufacturing errors and the like are not adjustable; and the supporting end part is easily locally bent and damaged. Restraining components are installed on the upper end face and the lower end face of a supporting steel plate in the length direction, perforated lining plates are installed between the built-in supporting steel plate and the restraining components, the two ends of the built-in supporting steel plate in the length direction are sleeved with pin joint components, and the pin joint components and perforated gusset plates are connected through elastic cylindrical pins. The supporting steel plate freely deforms relative to the restraining component in the axial direction of the supporting steel plate, and the assembled buckling-restrained supporting system is connected with the steel frame. The buckling-restrained brace system is assembled firstly and then installed on the steel frame. The invention is used for civil construction.
