High-adhesion concrete interface adhesion method
The invention discloses a high-adhesion concrete interface adhesion method which comprises the following steps: firstly, chiseling a concrete interface, and then spraying graphene or graphene oxide dispersion liquid (hereinafter referred to as G/GO) serving as an auxiliary interface adhesion material on the surface of old concrete to form a pretreated adhesion surface; and finally, the pretreated bonding surface is covered with bonding mortar, so that the old concrete is tightly combined with the bonding mortar layer. The invention aims to attract more C-S-H generated by hydration of cement mortar to grow around the G/GO under the template action of the G/GO to form a very strong interface action and increase the compactness of a bonding interface between concrete and bonding mortar. The method overcomes the defect that the dispersion difficulty is high when the G/GO is conventionally mixed into the mortar, is simple and easy to operate, does not need to be repeatedly sprayed, is low in G/GO consumption and good in economy, does not need to consider the problem of uneven dispersion, and remarkably improves the interface bonding force of the bonding mortar and the concrete.
本发明公开了一种高粘接的混凝土界面粘接方法,首先对混凝土界面进行凿毛处理,再使用石墨烯或氧化石墨烯分散液(以下简称G/GO)为辅助界面粘接材料,将其喷涂在旧混凝土表面,形成预处理粘接面,最后将粘接砂浆覆盖在其所述预处理粘接面,使旧混凝土与粘接砂浆层紧密结合。其目的是通过G/GO的模板作用,能吸引更多水泥砂浆水化产生的C‑S‑H在其周围生长,形成很强的界面作用,增加混凝土与粘接砂浆的粘接界面密实程度。此方法克服了常规将G/GO掺入砂浆中分散难度高的缺点,操作简单易行,无需重复喷涂,G/GO用量少,经济性好,无需考虑分散不均问题,显著提高了粘接砂浆与混凝土界面粘接力。
