The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant aerated concrete wallboard capable of enhancing wireless signals, which comprises a base plate, a closed cavity is formed in the base plate, and a polyurethane foaming thermal insulation material is poured in the cavity; a plurality of connecting columns are further formed in the cavity; organic thermal insulation waterproof layers are arranged on the inner walls of the cavity and the plurality of connecting columns; an FRP mesh cage is further arranged in the base layer plate; the FRP net cage comprises two FRP net pieces, a plurality of FRP connecting pieces and a plurality of FRP short ribs, and the FRP connecting pieces are fixedly connected to the upper ends and the lower ends of the two FRP net pieces; and the plurality of FRP short ribs are fixedly connected between the two FRP meshes. The FRP mesh cage is manufactured to replace a steel bar mesh cage, steel bar corrosion prevention is not needed any more, and the hidden danger that the wall plate is damaged due to steel bar rusting is avoided; the building is not a reinforcement cage any more, and the shielding effect is eliminated; the problem of radio signal shielding is solved; and the problems that the equivalent heat conductivity coefficient of the wallboard is increased and the thermal insulation performance is reduced due to the reinforcing mesh are solved.
本发明公开了一种增强无线信号的抗腐蚀加气混凝土墙板,包括基层板,基层板内部形成有一封闭的空腔,空腔内灌注有聚氨酯发泡保温材料;空腔内部还形成有多个连接柱;且空腔和多个连接柱内壁上设有有机保温防水层;基层板内还设置有FRP网笼;FRP网笼包括2个FRP网片、若干个FRP连接片以及若干个FRP短筋,且若干个FRP连接片固定连接于2个FRP网片的上下两端;若干个FRP短筋均固定连接于2个FRP网片之间。本发明制作FRP网笼代替钢筋网笼,不用再做钢筋防腐,解决了由于钢筋生锈造成墙板损害的隐患;使建筑物不再是一个钢筋笼子,消除了屏蔽效应;解决了无线电信号屏蔽难题;且解决了由于钢筋网片的原因造成的墙板当量导热系数的增大,保温性能的降低。
