Installation method of aerated concrete wallboard
The invention provides an installation method when aerated concrete wallboards are used as wall plates and heat insulation plates of steel framework components in a building of a frame structure system. According to the installation method, the plates and fireproof heat insulation boards are integrated by simply processing the board before installation and setting the installation position of the external wallboard at the installation position different from the traditional installation position, so that the phenomena of cracking of the outer surface due to different materials and cold bridge of the wall surface due to different heat conductivity coefficients of the materials during fine decoration of a house are avoided, when the technology is used for installing the aerated concrete wallboards, the wallboards are fast and easy to install, the wallboards are firmly fixed, water and electricity construction is simplified, and water and electricity installation quality is improved.
本发明提供在框架结构系统的建筑物中使用加气混凝土板作墙板以及钢骨架构件的隔热板时的,其安装方法。通过对板安装前简单的加工以及将外墙板的安装位置设定于不同于传统的安装位置,将墙板与防火隔热板融为一体,避免产生房屋精装修时外表面由于材料不同发生开裂及墙面因材料不同的导热系数产生的“冷桥”现象,用本发明的技术来安装加气混凝土墙板不但快速、简单、墙板固定牢靠,还简化了水电施工并提高了水电安装质量。
