Bridge substructure concrete hydration heat release device
The invention discloses a concrete hydration heat release device for a bridge substructure, and relates to the technical field of heat dissipation of mass concrete structures. Comprising a water cooling system, a temperature detection system and a master controller. The water cooling system comprises a plurality of cooling water pipes and a water suction pump which are arranged in the bridge lower structure; the temperature detection system comprises temperature detection modules which correspond to the cooling water pipes in number and are used for detecting the temperature of the positions of the corresponding cooling water pipes. The master controller controls opening and closing of the water cooling system to absorb hydration heat according to the temperature signal. According to the invention, the master controller is accurately positioned to the region with high local temperature in the bridge substructure according to the electric signal, and controls the cooling water pipes at the corresponding positions to work to absorb hydration heat to accelerate heat release, so that the overall heat release effect of the bridge substructure is ensured, the local heat release effect in the bridge substructure is also considered, and the service life of the bridge substructure is prolonged. And the phenomenon that the bridge substructure cracks due to hydration heat of cement is effectively avoided.
