The invention discloses an anti-collision swing rod structure. The anti-collision swing rod structure is used for being arranged on a checking device to release or intercept passengers and comprises a short rod, a long rod and a torsion assembly. The torsion assembly comprises a rotating shaft and a plug pin. One end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the long rod, the other end of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with one end of the short rod through the bolt, and the other end of the short rod is used for being connected with the checking device; when the anti-collision swing rod structure is in an interception state and the long rod is impacted by external force, the long rod rotates relative to the short rod through the rotating shaft. The invention further provides a gate with the anti-collision swing rod structure. The anti-collision swing rod structure and the gate can be rotationally folded to buffer external force collision.
