Snow-making engineering backfilling method
The invention discloses a snow-making project backfilling method which comprises the following steps: S1, checking pipeline quality and a foundation of a construction area, and checking and accepting a hidden project; s2, substrate sundries and construction waste are removed, and if water is stored in the groove, accumulated water is drained firstly; s3, grooves in the positions 500 mm above the pipeline foundation, the pipeline side and the pipeline top are backfilled, and manual layered backfilling and compaction are adopted; s4, the grooves are symmetrically backfilled and tamped in a layered mode; s5, manual ramming or light mechanical compaction is adopted within the range of 500 mm above the pipe top, the silicon core pipe and the cable; when the method is adopted for backfilling of the snow making project, the efficiency is higher in the actual construction process, the onsite construction progress and the construction process can be controlled easily by standardizing various processes, and therefore the construction quality is improved, construction is conducted in a multi-layer tamping mode, sedimentation is not likely to happen after construction is completed, and the firmness after backfilling is good; and the pipeline can be well protected.
本发明公开了一种造雪工程回填方法,包括如下步骤:S1、对施工区域的管道质量、地基基础进行检查,并进行隐蔽工程的验收;S2、清除基底杂物和建筑垃圾,若沟槽内存水,先排除积水;S3、对管道基础、管侧及管顶以上500mm内的沟槽回填,采用人工分层回填并压实;S4、对沟槽分层对称回填、夯实;S5、管顶、硅芯管和电缆线以上500mm范围内采用人工夯打或轻型机械压实;采用此方法进行造雪工程回填,在实际施工过程中效率更加高效,并且通过规范各项流程,有利于对现场的施工进度和施工过程进行掌控,从而提高施工质量,通过多层夯实的方式进行施工,施工完成后不易沉降,回填后的牢固性较好,能够较好的对管道进行保护。
