Construction technology for preventing terrazzo prefabricated slab from alkali efflorescence
The invention discloses a construction process for preventing alkali efflorescence of a terrazzo precast slab, which belongs to the technical field of building decoration and comprises the following steps: 1) preparation before paving: sweeping neat cement paste on the ground before paving; 2) paving construction: paving dry hard cement mortar, pouring white cement, paving, and brushing a protective agent on the back surface and the side surface of the stone before paving; (3) kerf construction is conducted, specifically, a slotting machine is used for evenly slotting stone abutted seams, dirt in kerfs is dug out through a brush or a medium cutter, and the dirt in the kerfs is thoroughly sucked away through a water and dust suction machine; the protective agent is coated on the back surface and the side surface of the stone before installation, the coated protective agent permeates into the surface layer of the stone to form a closed barrier, water and alkali in mortar are prevented from being separated out, the way of the saltpetering phenomenon is cut off, and the surface protective agent is used for sealing gaps between stone structures, so that the purposes of water prevention, pollution prevention and erosion prevention are achieved; therefore, reworking treatment is not needed, time and labor are saved, and the prefabrication efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种预防水磨石预制板返碱施工工艺,属于建筑装饰技术领域,包括如下步骤:1)铺贴前准备:铺贴前在地面上扫上素水泥浆;2)铺贴施工:铺干硬性水泥砂浆,用白水泥浇浆铺贴,铺贴前在石材的背面和侧面涂刷防护剂;3)切缝施工:使用开缝机对石材拼缝均匀开缝,使用毛刷或介刀抠出切缝内污垢,用吸水吸尘机将切缝内污垢彻底吸净;本发明通过安装前在石材背面和侧面涂刷防护剂,所涂防护剂渗入石材表层内,形成一封闭屏障,阻止砂浆中的水分、碱的析出,切断了泛碱现象的途径,使用表面防护剂,密封石材结构之间的空隙,从而达到防水、防污染、防侵蚀的目,从而无需进行返工处理,省时省力,提高预制效率。
