The technology comprises the following steps that S1, a base layer of a construction area is cleaned; s2, building construction of the construction range is carried out according to the construction area, and building work of the water stop beam is carried out along the boundary line of the construction range; s3, first waterproof layers are laid on the surface of the base layer in the S1 and the surface of the water stop beam in the S2; s4, laying a protective layer on the basis of S3; s5, the slope walking range of the construction area is delimited, the gradient parameter of the slope walking range is determined, and building work of the water diversion line is conducted according to the slope walking range and the gradient parameter; s6, a backfill layer is laid on the basis of S4; s7, laying a second waterproof layer on the basis of S6; s8, laying a leveling layer on the basis of S7; s9, a bonding layer is laid on the basis of S8; s10, a prefabricated terrazzo plate is laid on the basis of S9; and S11, the laid terrazzo plate is subjected to joint filling, grinding and polishing treatment. The problems that traditional terrazzo paving quality is poor, paving efficiency is low, and the terrazzo is affected with damp and bleached are solved.
