The invention discloses an anti-static polyurethane mortar self-leveling floor and a construction process thereof, the overall structure of a coating formed according to a construction method is a single-layer structure, the coating is divided into three layers from top to bottom: a static electricity conducting (preventing) surface layer, a conductive layer and a bottom coating, and three layers of film-forming resin are polyurethane materials with one chemical component. The bottom coating is arranged and used for pretreating the surface of the concrete base layer; the conductive layer is arranged and used for receiving and conducting static electricity; the anti-static surface layer is arranged and used for preventing static electricity, and the anti-static capacity of the floor is improved; the polyurethane self-leveling floor has the advantages of being water-based, environment-friendly, odorless, low in VOC (volatile organic compound) emission, wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, high and low temperature-resistant, water-resistant, UV (ultraviolet)-resistant, humid environment-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, heavy-load-resistant and the like, and the service life of the polyurethane self-leveling floor is prolonged; meanwhile, in the construction process, film forming is rapid, the construction period is short, the floor is firmly combined with a concrete base layer, cracking, peeling and bulging are not prone to occurring, and the practicability and usability of the floor are improved.
