Anti-static polyurethane mortar self-leveling floor and construction process thereof
The invention relates to the field of floor construction, and particularly discloses an anti-static polyurethane mortar self-leveling floor and a construction process thereof. The construction technology comprises the following steps that (1) the surface to be constructed is cleaned; step 2), building a template; step 3), preparing polyurethane mortar; (4) polyurethane mortar is injected into the formwork; and (5) standing is conducted till the polyurethane mortar is solidified, then the formwork is detached, and the anti-static polyurethane mortar self-leveling floor is obtained. The polyurethane mortar comprises the following components: a polyurethane composition, aggregate, a flatting agent and an antistatic agent, the polyurethane composition is formed by compounding polycaprolactone trihydric alcohol, polyoxypropylene triol, poly (diethylene glycol adipate) and an HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate) tripolymer. The method has the advantage that the compressive strength of the polyurethane mortar terrace is improved.
