The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a building thin-wall grouting reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof.The building thin-wall grouting reinforcing structure comprises a supporting frame connected with a building thin wall and a fixing frame installed on the ground, and a connecting device used for connecting the supporting frame with the fixing frame is arranged between the supporting frame and the fixing frame; the connecting device comprises a first connecting plate connected to the supporting frame, a second connecting plate connected to the fixing frame and a connecting rod arranged between the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate. The method has the effect that the phenomenon that the thin wall of the building inclines during grouting reinforcement can be reduced.
