The invention relates to the technical field of fresh air systems, in particular to an efficient ventilation and exhaust intelligent fresh air system which comprises a lighting window body, two side plates of the lighting window body are provided with an air inlet and an air outlet correspondingly, and fans are installed in the air inlet and the air outlet correspondingly; the storage groove is formed in the bottom surface of the air inlet and the air outlet, a plugging frame is inserted into the storage groove, and a traction plate is arranged at the top end of the plugging frame; the edge groove is formed in the surface of the lighting window body, a mounting frame is arranged in the edge groove, an electric push rod is arranged in the mounting frame, a piston rod of the electric push rod penetrates through the reserved through hole and then is connected to the top surface of a clamping block, the clamping block is inserted into a clamping groove, and the clamping groove is formed in the top surface of the traction plate; the lighting window has the advantages that the air inlet and the air outlet are formed in the surface of the lighting window body, the corresponding fans are installed in the air inlet and the air outlet, and the two fans are responsible for blowing air to the indoor space and exhausting air to the outdoor space respectively, so that effective indoor air exchange can be achieved even if convection is not formed in the room.
