The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, in particular to a waterproof coiled material production process which comprises the following steps: S1, screening processing materials of a matrix and asphalt, and discharging unqualified materials; s2, adding the qualified carcass processing material into a carcass processing device to complete the processing of the carcass; s3, adding the qualified matrix processing material into an asphalt processing device to complete asphalt processing; s4, the processed asphalt is stored in a smearing device, and then the carcass passes through the smearing device; and S5, the carcass discharged from the smearing device is wound around a collecting roller, machining of the waterproof coiled material is completed, the smearing device comprises a storage cavity, two friction rollers and a lower scraping component, the two friction rollers are rotationally connected to the storage cavity, the lower scraping component is fixedly connected to the right end of the interior of the storage cavity, and the lower scraping component is fixedly connected to the right end of the interior of the storage cavity. By using the production process, the waterproof coiled material can be efficiently produced.
