The invention discloses a polymer waterproof coiled material and a preparation process thereof, and relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, the polymer waterproof coiled material comprises an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, the upper layer and the lower layer are the same in composition raw materials and comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-140 parts of modified polyurethane, 5-10 parts of polytetrahydrofuran glycol, 4-8 parts of inorganic filler and 4-8 parts of a stabilizer; the modified polyurethane is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 80 parts of polyurethane, 20 to 30 parts of cardanol, 15 to 20 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 25 to 30 parts of trimethylchlorosilane and 5 to 10 parts of calcium carbonate; the middle layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-60 parts of a modified hydrated composition and 55-60 parts of an anhydrous adhesive; cardanol is used for modifying polyurethane, so that the strength and the heat resistance are improved, and the hydrophobicity is also greatly improved; meanwhile, through the hydration reaction of the fly ash in the modified hydration composition and the gel reaction of strongly basic anions, water can be prevented from invading into the lower layer under the condition that cracks are generated in the upper layer.
本发明公开了一种高分子防水卷材及其制备工艺,涉及防水卷材技术领域,包括依次叠加的上层、中层和下层;上层与下层的组成原料相同,包括以下重量份的原料:改性聚氨酯100~140份、聚四氢呋喃二醇5~10份、无机填料4~8份、稳定剂4~8份;改性聚氨酯包括以下重量份的原料:聚氨酯60~80份、腰果酚20~30份、纳米二氧化硅15~20份、三甲基氯硅烷25~30份、碳酸钙5~10份;中层包括以下重量份的原料:改性水化组合物45~60份、无水胶黏剂55~60份;使用腰果酚对聚氨酯进行改性,不仅提高了强度和耐热性,还大大提高了疏水性;同时通过改性水化组合物中粉煤灰的水化反应以及强碱性阴离子的凝胶反应,可在上层产生裂缝的情况下防止水向下层侵入。
