Preparation method of high-ductility calcium silicate hydrate-based composite material
The invention provides a preparation method of a high-ductility hydrated calcium silicate-based composite material, which comprises the following steps: (1) dispersing hydrated calcium silicate in water, and adding a polymer binder to obtain a mixed solution; (2) freezing the mixed solution by utilizing an ice template principle, so that liquid in the mixed solution is crystallized in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction; and then drying to obtain the high-ductility hydrated calcium silicate-based composite material. Compared with a traditional calcium silicate board, the method has the advantages that on the basis of not carrying out autoclaving operation, a long-distance ordered arrangement structure is prepared by only utilizing an ice template principle, so that the toughness of the material is greatly improved; the structure can be used as a curved surface structure, the purposes of environmental protection and energy conservation are achieved, the hole directionality in the structure is excellent, and compared with a traditional calcium silicate board, heat insulation and sound insulation are better.
本发明提供了一种高延性水化硅酸钙基复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将水化硅酸钙分散于水中,加入聚合物粘结剂,得到混合液;(2)利用冰模板原理将混合液冷冻,使混合液中的液体在垂直和水平两个方向上结晶;然后经干燥后,制得所述高延性水化硅酸钙基复合材料。本发明方法与传统硅酸钙板相比,在不经过蒸压操作的基础上,仅利用冰模板原理制备得到具有长距离有序排列的结构,极大的提升了材料的韧性;可以用作曲面结构,达到了环保节能的目的,结构中的孔定向性优良,比传统硅酸钙板更加隔热、隔声。
