Novel gas extraction hole sealing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a novel gas extraction hole sealing agent and a preparation method thereof. The novel gas extraction hole sealing agent consists of a hole sealing material and water, wherein the mass ratio of the hole sealing material to the water is 1:(0.35 to 0.8); the hole sealing material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25 percent to 45 percent of red mud, 5 percent to 15 percent of steel slag fine powder, 20 percent to 35 percent of calcium aluminate powder, 2 percent to 10 percent of desulphurization gypsum powder, 5 percent to 15 percent of carbide slag, 20 percent to 40 percent of fly ash, 2 percent to 5 percent of a filling compacting agent, 0.4 percent to 1.6 percent of a modifier and 0.2 percent to 1.2 percent of a pipeline conveying modifier. The material has a good expansion effect; the sealing effect and gas extraction efficiency are improved; the number of drilled holes is reduced. According to the invention, a mode of stimulating wastes by wastes is originally adopted, so that when potential activities of the fly ash, the red mud and the steel slag fine powder are sufficiently stimulated, the use volume of water required for mixing is reduced and production cost of the material is reduced; each technical index meets the requirements of the hole sealing material and the novel gas extraction hole sealing agent belongs to a pioneer product in the industry.
