Rapid concrete repairing material doped with fine coal gasification coarse slag, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a fine coal gasification coarse slag doped concrete rapid repairing material and a preparation method and application thereof. The fine coal gasification coarse slag doped concrete rapid repairing material is prepared from the following raw materials: fine coal gasification coarse slag, a cementing material, a composite retarder, metakaolin and natural sand, the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing ground coal gasification coarse slag, dead burned magnesium oxide, monopotassium phosphate, anhydrous calcium acetate, boric acid and metakaolin to obtain a first mixture; step 2, adding water into the first mixture, and uniformly stirring at a low speed to obtain a second mixture; and step 3, adding natural sand into the second mixture, and uniformly stirring at a high speed, thereby obtaining the product. The invention also discloses an application of the concrete rapid repairing material doped with the fine coal gasification coarse slag in pavement disease maintenance. According to the invention, the fine coal gasification coarse slag is utilized to slow down the gelling reaction process of the magnesium phosphate cement, inhibit the bad heat effect in the gelling process and coordinate the visual effect of the interface of new and old materials.
