Pile bottom sediment prevention pile head and cast-in-place pile construction method
A pile head capable of preventing sediment at the pile bottom comprises a columnar pile head body, a plurality of connecting strips are arranged on the upper end face of the pile head body and used for being inserted into a reinforcement cage in a staggered mode, and a plurality of embedded protrusions are arranged on the lower end face of the pile head body and used for being inserted into a hard soil layer through sediment. A plurality of filling holes are formed in the lower end face of the pile head body and used for squeezing sediment so that the thickness of the sediment between the lower end face of the pile head body can be reduced. The cast-in-place pile has the advantages that the pile head is arranged at the bottom of the cast-in-place pile, adverse effects of sediment on the pile body are effectively eliminated, and the safety performance of the cast-in-place pile is improved. The pile head is simple and reasonable in structure, low in cost as a prefabricated part and convenient to install and construct.
一种防桩底沉渣桩头,包括柱状的桩头本体,在所述的桩头本体的上端面设有若干连接条用于与钢筋笼相互插入交错,下端面设有若干嵌入凸起用于通过沉渣插入硬质土层,在所述的桩头本体下端面设有若干填充孔用于让沉渣挤入使桩头本体的下端面之间的沉渣厚度降低。优点是,通过在灌注桩底部设置桩头,有效消除沉渣对桩体的不良影响,提高灌注桩的安全性能。桩头的结构简单合理,作为预制件成本不高,安装施工方便。
