The invention is applicable to the technical field of pile bottom sediment of cast-in-place piles, and provides a pile bottom sediment treatment method of a concrete cast-in-place pile, which comprises the following steps: construction preparation; arranging drill holes; performing high-pressure jet grouting cutting; burying an orifice pipe; and grouting and grouting for hole sealing.
