The invention relates to a sinking stopping method for final sinking of an open caisson in a soft stratum, which adopts an embedded grouting pipe, an operation platform, a double-liquid rotary spraying drilling machine, a double-liquid grouting pump and a slurry mixing background, and is characterized in that when an open caisson is manufactured in advance, pipelines are embedded in the wall of the open caisson from top to bottom in advance and are firmly fixed; after the structural strength of the open caisson meets the standard requirement, open caisson sinking construction is conducted; and after the open caisson blade foot reaches the designed elevation, an operation platform is erected on the top, and drilling grouting reinforcement is conducted on soil in the lower area of the open caisson blade foot through a reserved pipeline by means of a double-liquid rotary spraying drilling machine. The problems that the sinking of the open caisson deflects and the open caisson cannot sink to a preset position due to the fact that the grouting pre-reinforcement elevation at the bottom of the open caisson is difficult to control are solved; meanwhile, according to the open caisson pre-embedded grouting pipe reinforcing method, the engineering range and the engineering amount of pit bottom pre-reinforcing are effectively reduced, cost is saved, and the technical problems of sudden sinking and super sinking in the open caisson final sinking stage in the soft soil layer are solved.
本发明涉及一种软弱地层中沉井终沉止沉方法,采用预埋注浆管、操作平台、双液旋喷钻机、双液注浆泵、拌浆后台,先期沉井制作时,通过在沉井井壁内从上之下预先埋设管路,并固定牢固;待沉井结构强度达规范要求后,进行沉井下沉施工;待沉井刃脚达到设计标高后,在顶部搭设操作平台,利用双液旋喷钻机通过预留管路对沉井刃脚下部区域土体进行钻孔注浆加固。本发明解决了沉井底部注浆预加固标高难以控制而导致的沉井下沉偏斜、沉井无法下沉至预定位置的难题;同时沉井预埋注浆管加固方法,有效减少了坑底预加固的工程范围及工程量,节约了成本,解决了软弱土层中沉井终沉阶段突沉及超沉的技术难题。
