Large open caisson drainage sinking construction method in flowing water soft stratum environment
The invention discloses a drainage sinking construction method for a large open caisson in a flowing water soft stratum environment, which comprises the following steps of: reinforcing the stratum at the mounting position of a blade foot of the open caisson by adopting powder spraying piles, and arranging a circle of powder spraying piles along the circumferential direction of the open caisson; a waterproof curtain is constructed on the outer side of the installation position; a plurality of dewatering wells are formed in the stratum on the inner side of the waterproof curtain, and the multiple dewatering wells are arranged in a circle in the circumferential direction of the waterproof curtain; a foundation pit is excavated in the earth surface at the mounting position; a cushion layer is poured in the foundation pit; the open caisson is formed on the cushion layer through pouring; the open caisson is discharged out of the waterproof curtain through the precipitation wells, and the cushion layer is chiseled away, so that the open caisson sinks to the designed elevation and is placed on the powder spraying pile; and after the open caisson sinks to the designed elevation, bottom sealing is conducted on the open caisson. The problems that a conventional construction method of the open caisson is long in construction period and the sinking amount is difficult to control are solved.
本发明公开了一种动水软弱地层环境中大型沉井排水下沉施工方法,包括:于沉井的刃脚的安装位置处地层中采用粉喷桩加固,所述粉喷桩沿所述沉井的周向方向设置一圈;于所述安装位置的外侧施工止水帷幕;于所述止水帷幕的内侧的地层中开设多个降水井,所述多个降水井沿所述止水帷幕的周向方向设置一圈;于所述安装位置处的地表开挖基坑;于所述基坑内浇筑垫层;于所述垫层上浇筑形成所述沉井;通过所述多个降水井排出所述止水帷幕内,并凿除所述垫层,使得所述沉井下沉至设计标高并搁置于所述粉喷桩上;在所述沉井下沉至设计标高后,对所述沉井进行封底。本发明解决了沉井的常规施工方法存在工期长、下沉量难以控制的问题。
