Tunnel construction method based on split type trolley
The invention discloses a tunnel construction method based on a split type trolley. The split type trolley is adopted for achieving step-by-step pouring of concrete on the side edge of a tunnel pipe gallery and concrete on the upper portion of the tunnel pipe gallery. The split type trolley comprises a side formwork trolley and an upper formwork trolley, and the side formwork trolley and the upper formwork trolley are arranged in two adjacent tunnel pipe gallery sections front and back; after the left end and the right end of the first section of pipe gallery are poured, the side formwork trolley moves to the second section of pipe gallery to pour the left end and the right end of the second section of pipe gallery, the upper formwork trolley moves to the first section of pipe gallery to pour the upper end of the first section of pipe gallery, and the side formwork trolley and the upper formwork trolley can basically synchronously achieve the working procedures of moving, formwork erecting, pouring, forming, demolding and the like. The first reinforced concrete and the second reinforced concrete of the adjacent tunnel pipe gallery sections are poured synchronously, the forming time of the reinforced concrete is far shorter than the forming time of the reinforced concrete when each tunnel pipe gallery section is integrally poured, the working efficiency can be improved, and the construction period can be shortened.
